Do I need an account to use these encryption tools?

No. Every tool works immediately. There is no sign-up and no password vault.

Does the Burn-Link recipient also need to register?

No. Create and read both need no account. The other person opens the full link and decrypts locally; after the read limit it burns, and opening again shows it has been burned.

Q: Is the password strength checker a Have I Been Pwned lookup?

No. The password is not sent to an external API. Entropy is scored locally and checked against a built-in public leaked-password list. It can catch common weak secrets, but it is not a web-wide lookup and does not query Have I Been Pwned.
